We just wanted to send a polite reminder to D&D members regarding long-form agreements for writers/creators â format terms should always be contracted in a separate long-form agreement to script/writing terms. We are getting reports of increasing pressures from production companies to contract via a combined long-form agreement for format and script terms, which should be collectively resisted by the membership. Please do feel free to report to us any companies that refuse to contract long form format terms separately to writing terms.
