We have had a really good response from agents to be part of the Equity call. We really need to have representation from Independent, United and anyone else with very personal knowledge of this situation. It would also be good for any success stories so that we can give John Barclay an understanding of the conversations and how they go.
We really need to work together here as this is all our futures. Not only are we dealing with Exclusivity, Options and every moving pick up dates (that’s for next week) but now we may well be being asked what kind of a deal our clients are on as being on an episodic means there is no end date in the studios understanding. and, obviously, all of these clauses are effecting our clients availability and work opportunities.
I know we are all busy and fighting so many fights but together we are so very very strong. You can tell I’ve been doing a bit of self-help and listening to Diary of a CEO!!!
