Manager’s Assistant

B-Side Management are looking for a full-time Manager’s assistant to join our team ASAP. 

The chosen individual will be organised, calm and have the ability to prioritise tasks. Transferable skills that suit an office based environment are essential, as is a genuine passion for the Film, TV and Theatre industry. 
Suitable candidates will have a professional office manner, have the ability to be proactive and will be able to work in a fast paced environment. With great communication skills, both verbal and written. 

Main duties include (but are not limited to)
 – Handling incoming calls and emails and distributing them to agents as required.
– Organising all incoming + outgoing client scripts and creating team reading lists.
 – Reading and breaking down scripts (aka coverage)
– Following up on client feedback from auditions and meetings.
– Organising Client ADR, publicity requests + client travel.
– Raising invoices for client jobs and tracking payments / liaising with production Accountants
– Managing diaries, meetings and agents expenses. 
– Social Media – ensuring clients work is being highlighted on Instagram 

Office hours are 10am – 6:30pm, in Soho. 
Starting salary: £30K per annum, TBD for a more experienced candidate.

Agent Assistant

This is a full time position, with flexible working from home and our London base.

Accounts Payable/Administration Manager (Maternity Leave)

AGENT’S ASSISTANT

TTA (Top Talent Agency) is currently recruiting an Agents Assistant in busy agent’s office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Very close to Hatfield train station. 15 minutes by overground train from Finsbury Park.

FULL-TIME POSITION. TO START ASAP.

The ideal candidate will be working closely with all the agents to handle the administration and daily tasks that come through the agency. Ideally have experience working for an agency, working with Tagmin and Spotlight. Hours are 10am-6pm Monday – Friday.

Main Duties:
• Handling incoming calls and emails and distributing them to agents as required.
• Booking in meetings, self-tapes and recalls directly with clients via Tagmin.
• Work will involve working with agents for child and adult actors.
• Liaising with clients about availability
• Updating internal systems such as Tagmin and Spotlight
• General administration duties, including but not limited to, photocopying, filing, printing, post etc.
• Welcoming actors for meetings

Suitable candidates must have/be able to:
• Organise themselves and be self-motivated

Intern

Waring McKenna is seeking an intern to assist with general office administration and offer holiday cover to our team. The chosen individual will have a keen eye for detail, an exemplary phone manner and a proactive mindset.

This role is paid pro-rata, working 3 days a week in-person from our new offices in Neal’s Yard, Covent Garden.

The ideal candidate will:
• have experience working in a busy office environment.
• have genuine enthusiasm for the industry, across television, film and theatre.
• have knowledge of Tagmin, iMovie, Word and Excel, although training will be given.
• have a calm and professional manner, a friendly demeanour and positive attitude.
• maintain an ability to prioritise and be proactive with tasks.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• logging incoming projects for clients on Tagmin, availability checks and self-tapes.
• updating client CVs and our website.
• downloading and uploading clients’ tapes and showreels to Vimeo and Tagmin.
• collating and editing clients’ work from film and television projects for showreels.
• assisting and reading for client self-tapes in our studio.
• reading incoming scripts and creating breakdowns for the Agents.
• dealing with incoming post, fan mail and other general office administration.

This would be a perfect opportunity for someone looking to take their first step in the business and learn more. Prior relevant experience would be welcome but is not essential.

Accountant/Bookeeper

Revolution Talent are looking to recruit a part time accountant and bookkeeper to join our team. We need a candidate that can take control of all agency payments to clients, through chasing invoices to processing as well as taking control of the companies accounts. This role will require 2 – 3 days in the office

Main duties will include –
– Chasing invoices
– Weekly Payment runs
– VAT invoices and VAT payments for clients
– Liaising with client accountants
– Handling all monies received for the clients
– Keeping agents up to date with payments (creating spreadsheets)
– Solving queries for clients and agents
– Bookpeeing for the agency as whole
– Handling agency expenditure

Skills required –
– Past experience in accounts
– Knowledge of Tagmin
– Excellent attention to detail

The idea is to have somebody on board 2-3 days a week who can split their time between handling client payments and managing the agencies books. We need someone who enjoys working as part of the team, with a good sense of humour as this role will be based in the office.
