Agents Assistant

Identity Agency Group (IAG) is one of the leading talent agencies within the industry.

We are looking for an Agents Assistant with an immediate start.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a talent agency or within casting, who is extremely organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a great eye for talent. You should be computer literate, confident on the phone, proactive, a team player, resilient under pressure, and have a strong working knowledge of the industry.

A minimum of two years industry experience is required, with an extensive knowledge of casting directors and provable experience within a talent agency. This will be a full-time position, working from our London office in the heart of the West End.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.

AGENT’S ASSITANT

Blue Book Artist Management are looking for an Agent’s Assistant to join our team. You will be supporting our Talent Agents to ensure the best possible service for our clients, working at our office near Tottenham Court Road.

Our clients range from award-winning new comics to arena stand-ups, presenters, actors, podcasters, digital content creators and writers.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate a passion for comedy and entertainment. The successful candidate will be eager-to-learn, hardworking and meticulous, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, good understanding of social media and Microsoft Office programs (including Outlook, Word, Excel etc). Experience is preferable but not essential. Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality is essential, as is a positive can-do attitude.

Duties include:
Support with scheduling clients’ diaries with performances, travel, press etc
Reading scripts and providing breakdowns
Answering and filtering calls; speaking to and dealing with clients and industry professionals
Tagmin admin, (training can be provided) including auditions, tapes, invoicing, logging payments and diaries
Editing clips and showreels
Posting on social media
Handling queries for and on behalf of clients
General admin support and office responsibilities such as diary management, office expenses, email tracking, booking travel and conference calls/zooms
Website management
Designing and sending out industry mailers from Mailchimp
Attending evening comedy shows and TV recordings as required

Assistant to Senior Literary Manager

42 is looking for an assistant for a senior Literary Manager in our London office. This busy administrative role requires excellent organisational and communication skills to support a manager that represents writers directors and producers as well as media rights across television, film and theatre. The ideal candidate is someone who also has a strong ability to multitask and to work under pressure.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment and interacting with talent and industry professionals with confidentiality and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Full administrative support including diary management where applicable.
2. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
3. Responding to queries for and on behalf of clients, and assisting clients, as required.
4. Answering, handling, and fielding calls to the department, talking with clients and responding on behalf of the manager when required
5. Providing coverage on scripts and contracts
6. Contract proofing and term detailing
7. Matchmaking clients to producers
8. Writing detailed reports on films, books, theatre etc.
9. Handling and chasing contracts and invoices, ensuring payments are made promptly and accurately.
10. Full range of office responsibilities including filing, setting up conference calls and appointments, and compiling and reconciling expenses.

Core Skills and Experience:

1. Ideally at least 2-3 years’ experience working as an agent or managers assistant
2. Comfortable working across multiple time zones
3. Highly organised, with great attention to detail. Calm under pressure

Agent’s Assistant – Actors/Comedy Department

United Agents Ltd (UA) is one of London’s leading talent agencies encompassing the worlds of film, TV, books, theatre and comedy.

We are looking for a full time Assistant to join a Senior Agent’s office within the Actors/Comedy Department. You will be an integral member of the team supporting an experienced, senior agent and associate who represent comedy writer-performers, comedians, actors and writers.

This is a very busy office looking after some high-profile talent which will require that you have excellent organisational skills, be a good multi-tasker, have a strong eye for detail and provide exceptional client care. This role will also require you to provide full PA support for the Agent.

Responsibilities:

– Providing full administrative support to the agent, the associate and the office as a whole

– Handling a very high volume of emails and calls, both from clients and external industry eg casting directors, producers, commissioners etc.

– Going to see clients in comedy, theatre, screenings

– Keeping abreast of exciting new talent by attending comedy nights, and various other performances

– Processing contracts, issuing invoices and keeping track of money

– Speaking with Clients, Casting Directors, Producers on a daily basis.

The role
