Agents’ Assistant

A rewarding opportunity is available as a full-time agents’ assistant at one of the UK’s leading talent agencies. At Sainou we represent some of the most exciting actors in the Film & TV industry and this role would form an important part of maintaining their success.

We are office-based in vibrant Shoreditch. You should have a minimum 12 months’ experience working in a detailed admin role, be able to work well as part of a team and be confident using your own initiative in a pressured environment. We are a busy office and it is imperative that you are focused and organised with impeccable attention to detail. This role shares the responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

– Confident phone manner.

– Highly proficient using Macs.

– Be able to prioritise workload.

– Be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

– Experience using social media platforms for promotion.

– Confident with accounts and figures.

– Enjoy an office environment.

– Be able to maintain a high level of discretion & confidentiality at all times.

Our office is large enough to maintain safe protocols and social distancing when necessary. Salary commensurate with experience. Interviews will begin in the next few weeks for an immediate start (notice period-dependent).

Senior Agent’s Assistant (PT & WFH option)

We are looking for a part-time senior agent’s assistant with at least 2 years of experience in an agency or casting office, to join our team here at ICM.

We are a relatively new and an innovative company who strongly support diversity and inclusion of marginalised groups within our industries.

At ICM we believe that the relationship between agent and client is key to the joint success of the agency and our clients careers. We base this in our core values being: trust, honesty and open communication.

The successful candidate should have excellent admin skills with a working knowledge of Tagmin and Spotlight You should be a good communicator both verbal and written and be ready to get stuck in:

Maternity Agent cover

Noel Gay is looking for an Agent to join the Corporate department to provide maternity cover with the potential for longer term opportunity.

The successful applicant will work across the Corporate Talent roster and will manage talent bookings from keynote speeches to moderating panels, interviews, hosting and podcasting, as well as some PR and influencer agreements. The Corporate team of 3 is headed up by director Louise Fennimore, and works extremely supportively and closely, so a love for working collaboratively is vital. You will need to be a great communicator but also have a meticulous attention to detail and offer excellent backup. Necessary skills include being highly-organised, efficient, unflappable, with plenty of initiative and ability to manage your own workload.

Duties include, but are not limited to, liaising with clients, fee and contract negotiations, managing and booking logistics, diary upkeep and a knowledge of Agentfile would be helpful but not essential. You will be in direct contact with the Talent so having a good, professional manner is essential plus the flexibility and willingness to talk things through and get stuck in is key.

Abilities valued over direct experience in a similar position within the industry – may suit someone from an adjacent field who is looking for a new role. This is the ideal opportunity for somebody looking to work from home with the occasional working day or meeting in Central London. Start time would be around mid November to allow for a handover period.

Accounts Assistant

This is a newly created role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You will work as part of a team supporting the smooth operation of the accounts department. Ideally a minimum of two years previous experience with a good understanding of accountancy and book-keeping.
Main duties:
– Reconciling currency accounts £ € $US $AUD
– Maintaining spreadsheets
– Allocating bank receipts for all currencies £ € $US $AUD against client invoices
– Checking client royalty statements against contracts for accuracy
– Preparing Client ledger accounts
– Processing client’s bookings onto the accounts system and issuing invoices on their behalf
Experience and Skills:
– At least two years’ experience working in a similar role, ideally gained within a creative SME.
– Good written and spoken English.
– Advanced Microsoft office programs/spreadsheets.
– Proactive and able to work under pressure with a calm approach
– The ability to use initiative and to prioritise tasks effectively
– Meticulous attention to detail

A minimum of three years industry experience is required, with an extensive knowledge of casting directors and provable experience within a talent agency. This will be a full-time position, working from our London office in the heart of the West End.

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic team player to join our established team.

– Must have a least 2 year’s experience working as an agents assistant within a talent agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

– Answering phones
-Must be able to deal with calls and direct them accordingly
