Agents Assistant

We have a vacancy for a full time assistant to one of the Senior Agents. This role would be working in our busy Central London office assisting the agent in all areas of client management as well as helping in the general smooth running of the office. Some experience in the field is essential as well as a passion for theatre, film and television.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent phone manner, be incredibly well organised and have a keen eye for detail.

INTERN

We’re currently looking for an intern to join us here at United Agents on a paid 6 month contract. The successful candidate will primarily assist Reception and be on hand for general office admin however as their confidence and ability grows there is potential to take on more responsibility.

This position has been created to allow candidates with no experience in talent management the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in order to forge their on-going careers. Consequently we’re actively seeking, bright, capable candidates in need of a stepping stone, with no experience in the industry or internships under their belts.

The successful candidate will have a passion for film, television, theatre or books, be IT savvy, able to follow instruction, have an eye for detail, a can-do attitude, willing to try their hand at anything and available to start on Monday 13th January.

We’re currently recruiting an experienced Media Lawyer to provide maternity cover within our three person legal team starting Feb/March 2020.

The successful candidate will have experience in underlying rights and talent contracts (including contracts for writers, directors , actors and presenters) for film, television, theatre and publishing. They will also have a good general legal knowledge and, above all, a commercial approach to the practice of law. We’re actively looking for someone who can hit the ground running – a skilled communicator, with a passion to protect clients’ interests and a desire to play an active part in negotiating contracts and keeping abreast of developments in the law.

Assistant to Two Talent Agents, Talent Department (actors)

We’re looking for an assistant to support two busy Actors’ Agents.  You will be providing dedicated client care to an impressive list of clients and working closely with the agents you’re supporting. This is a great opportunity to learn first-hand about the world of agenting.

This job requires excellent communication and administrative skills.  You must be a clear and confident communicator – a good telephone manner is essential in this role. You also need to be an efficient and organised multi-tasker, able to prioritise tasks across a varied workload. You must have previous experience of working in an office and it would be useful if you have previous work experience within the creative industry, e.g. a talent agency or casting agency.

You will be required to quickly gain excellent knowledge of clients’ work – watching shows films and attending theatre/screenings.  We need you to have a passion for and knowledge of the industry – across film, theatre and television!

Agent’s Assistant

Sayle Screen are looking for an agent’s assistant to join our small but busy team, assisting with administrative support and the day-to-day running of the office. Responsibilities will include diary management, screening phone-calls, reading submissions and general office admin.

The right candidate will be organised, efficient, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate will also be expected to develop a good knowledge of the clients’ work and should demonstrate a keen ongoing interest in the industry.

Seeking a senior assistant with commercial agent duties to join a private talent management situated on the New Kings Road. Temp Assistant

Revolution Talent are seeking a temp assistant for around three months (end of January to beginning of April 2020) with previous experience of working at an agency. There is possible opportunity for advancement. We are looking for individuals with:-

– Strong attention to detail
– Superb written and verbal communication skills.
– Admin skills (use of Tagmin is a bonus but not essential)
– Script reading experience

SECOND ASSISTANT TO TWO AGENTS

The Artists Partnership is looking for a Second Assistant for two Agents in their busy talent department.

The role would be perfect for someone who has worked in an agency before and is looking to work in a high-volume agency amongst a highly collaborative and hardworking team.

The ideal applicant will have at least one-years’ experience in a talent agency and a genuine interest in Film/TV/Theatre. Previous experience in managing diaries, databases and a passion for working with actors is a must.

Agents’ Assistant

We are actively looking for an agents’ assistant to join the team.

You should have a minimum of 6 months experience working in an agent’s office, be able to work well as part of a team and be confident using your own initiative in a pressured environment. We are a busy office and it is imperative that you excel at multi-tasking and have an impeccable eye for detail.

This is a very admin-heavy role and you will share responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office, assist with social media, support the agents and liaise with clients, directors, producers and casting directors. You will be expected to develop a thorough knowledge of the clients’ work and should already have a keen interest in the industry.

Experience using Macs and Tagmin is a bonus, as is a wicked sense of humour.

Interviews will begin next week for an immediate start.
