Agents Assistant

Narrow Road are looking for an experienced full time Agent’s Assistant to join our team, working from our Covent Garden office.

The ideal candidate will have:
• previous experience of working at a talent agency,
casting director’s office, publishing house or production company.
• excellent communication and administrative skills
• literacy in digital/social media
• a friendly but professional manner
• experience of Tagmin and Spotlight
• a knowledge of existing casting directors
• comfortable handling a high volume of work, prioritising well and performing tasks under time pressure with a sharp eye for details
• a genuine passion for theatre

Senior Assistant/Junior Agent

The role will suit someone with three years industry experience at an agency or casting environment looking to advance.

Agent’s assistant

Agent’s assistant needed from the end of August 2019 for 24 hours per week based at our office near Trafalgar Square’.

Must be available all day Tuesdays plus Thursday and Friday afternoons. Must be experienced using Tagmin and Spotlight. Would suit someone who has recently finished an internship in an agent’s office or a recent graduate looking for more experience. Must have an excellent phone manner, be IT literate and have excellent knowledge and experience of the website platform Wix. Should be prepared to attend weekly client and applicant performances. Assistant

While we have had some lovely applicants we would just like to have one more go at finding the right person for our team. It has been really useful to meet people and work out what it is we need. Assistant to 2 Offices – Theatre Film & TV (TFTV) Department

We are looking for an Assistant to join our Theatre, Film and Television (TFTV) Department. This is a new role in the department, working across the offices of two senior agents Nick Marston/Camilla Young and Ligeia Marsh; helping to deliver excellent client care and systems administration in order to maximise success for the Agents’ offices and their clients.

You will need to know about the industry, watch shows and television, read scripts and have the knowledge, confidence and initiative to creatively support the agents you’re working with. You will be required to quickly gain excellent knowledge of clients’ material so that you can talk to producers and industry contacts with insight and authority. Assistants work collaboratively to help support the whole TFTV team.

The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and give excellent client care. We’re looking for a team player who can contribute positively to the department, someone who uses their initiative and has a pro-active approach to problem solving. Please note that this is not an entry level job.

Assistant to Theatre, Film and TV Agent

We’re looking for an experienced assistant to support the office of a senior agent in our Theatre, Film and TV Department, Lily Williams.

You must have at least 2 years’ experience of working in the film, TV or theatre industry and experience of working in a literary agency would be useful. You should have experience of working with contracts. Please note that this is not an entry level role.

Based in a friendly, busy and expanding department, this is a role for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills. Client care is at the centre of everything the agent does and it’s vital that administration is managed smoothly and efficiently. Our ideal candidate is proactive, confident and adaptable. We’re looking for a team-player with a desire to build on their existing knowledge of the industry in order to learn and develop.

Junior Assistant

The BWH Agency are seeking a junior assistant to join their team. Helping with all aspects of the day to day running of the agency your duties will include general office admin as well as more client specific work.

We need a self motivated, computer literate (we use Apple iMac), technically minded, friendly individual with a good sense of humour and excellent I.T. and communication skills plus a willingness to learn, the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Experience is desired though not essential as training will be given but a passion for actors, theatre, film and TV is required.

Tasks will be varied and include: keeping accurate records, updating information, using social media, downloading and sending tapes, updating the website, answering the phone, calling out appointments, providing information as needed and ordering office supplies, plus many more.

General working hours are 10am to 6pm but flexibility will be required as some evening or occasional weekend work may be necessary. Attending shows and screenings is part of the job.
