Talent Agents’ Assistant

Galloways are looking for an Assistant to join our growing team. The perfect person will have the following qualities and qualifications:

Impeccable attention to detail
Friendly, warm telephone manner
Great sense of humour
Enjoying working as part of a team with passion and desire to grow in all aspects of the job
Going to drama school shows and seeing potential clients/current clients in productions occasionally in the evenings
Knowledge of Spotlight preferred but not essential
Social media whizz for our Twitter and Instagram accounts
Confidence to assist with filming and editing self tapes
Good knowledge of Tagmin
Ability to multi task in a busy but fun environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and great organisational skills
Someone wanting to learn and develop their career in the agency field

Team Assistant – Digital Talent

Independent Talent (ITG) is the largest talent agency in Europe, we represent a range of talent with global appeal from actors like Daniel Craig to TV talent like Alexa Chung. Please see more information here – https://www.independenttalent.com/

We launched our social talent division 3 years ago, which focuses on the representation of online talent like Daz Black, Simon Hooper and Dina Torkia (please see the full roster here – https://www.independent-360.com/presenters/division/social/). The department has gone from strength to strength, so we are looking to add to the team and hire someone to be the team assistant.

You will need to have great communication skills and have excellent organisation skills, as you will be required to support 3 agents with their talent and daily workload which includes diary management, booking travel and talent liaison.

You will have ideally worked in a similar role or be able to demonstrate your strong organisation and communication skills.

We work in a high pressure environment and if can often be long hours, please keep this in mind when applying.

Entry-level Intern/Assistant/Trainee

Small, dynamic agency looking for entry-level Intern/Assistant/Trainee to work alongside and learn from three busy agents with over 89 years’ experience at their offices based in W4. We’re looking for applicants with:
· Good communication skills, written and verbal
· General office administration
· Updating and maintaining databases
· Social media skills
· Editing/uploading showreels
· Attention to detail is an imperative
· A demonstrable love of theatre and actors
· A knowledge of Tagmin and Spotlight is useful, but not essential

Junior/Office Assistant

The Artists Partnership are looking for a Junior/Office assistant for an Agent with a substantial client list in their busy talent department, who would also take on some general office duties.

The role would be perfect for a graduate with a genuine interest in Film/TV/Theatre looking to make a career in the business; or someone who has worked in an agency before and is looking to step up and work in a high-volume agency amongst a highly collaborative and hard working team.

The ideal applicant will be a self-starter with a good telephone manner who has an impeccable attention for detail and is able to calmly juggle multiple tasks to deadlines.

Previous experience in managing diaries and databases is preferable and a passion for working with actors is a must.

Full-Time Agent’s Assistant

Full-Time Agent’s Assistant – March 2019

We are actively looking for an agent’s assistant to join the team.

You should have a minimum 12-24 months’ experience working in an agent’s office. Specifically you should be able to work well as part of a team and be confident using your own initiative in a pressured environment. We are a busy office and it is imperative that you are able to remain focussed with an impeccable eye for detail.

You will share responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office, support the other agents and liaise with clients, directors, producers and casting directors. You will be expected to develop a thorough knowledge of the clients’ work and should already have a keen interest in the industry.

Experience using Macs and Tagmin is a bonus, as is a wicked sense of humour. This position has huge scope for growth for the right person, so please pay particular attention to the experience required. Interviews will begin next week for an immediate start.

Agents’ Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Agency Assistant/Assistant Agent (depending on experience) to work mainly with our acting clients, predominantly in the fields of theatre and commercials.

Our ideal candidate will be confident, friendly and proactive with fantastic organisation and communication skills, with a great eye for detail. We need someone who can multi-task, and must be proficient with MS Office. At least one year’s experience in the creative industries, preferably at a talent agency or casting company, is desirable – as is a good sense of humour!

Duties include:
– Being first point of contact at the agency; liaising with
clients, casting directors and other industry professionals
– Giving clients audition information and assisting with making client suggestions for projects;
– Logging and tracking contracts and invoices
– Keeping client profiles, agency website and Twitter up to date
– Some general admin

But there is lots of opportunity to work on own initiative and take on more responsibility, including scope for taking full responsibility for the commercials sector when relevant.

Start date preferably on or about 1st April, to be based at our Golden Square office.

Commercial and Voice Over Assistant

Hamilton Hodell are looking for an entry level assistant for the Voice Over, Commercial & Conventions department.

The position will require a hard working & dynamic candidate. It is essential for candidates to demonstrate a strong ability to multitask across a wide variety of work, which will cover commercials, conventions, speaking engagements, public appearances and voice over.

Tasks will involve a high level of client management, therefore we require excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Main Duties include;

-Scheduling client meetings, call backs and bookings
-Travel itineraries & logistic coordination for client and staff schedules
-Updating website and all ancillary online promotional materials.
-On the ground talent handling/ liaising and management for conventions and or events (including some evenings and weekends)
-Providing accounting administrative support
-Office administration, including tracking contracts
-Full PA support to Senior agents

-Presentable and capable to communicate with high profile clients

Additional requirements:
As the department is a fast paced and extremely diverse hub of activity, we require someone who is able to think on their feet, to execute tasks with precision and help focus on and develop particular fields within the department when required.
It is essential for each member of the team to have up to date knowledge and understanding of client work, including theatre, TV & film.
The role would be perfect for anyone with a background in advertising/media sales who is looking to expand their career into the TV, Film and theatre industry; Or someone with voice over agency experience who is looking to to broaden their current skillset into a theatrical agency.
Previous experience in voice over and/or commercial casting would be beneficial but not compulsory.

Assistant – Talent Department (Actors)

We’re looking for an assistant to support two busy Agents in our Talent Department, helping to look after their Actor clients.

We need someone organised and efficient with excellent communication skills. You should be able to multi-task and juggle various deadlines and demands – you need to stay cheerful and calm under pressure!

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an office, preferably within an arts industry. It would be useful, but not essential, if you have experience of working in casting or production. This is a great opportunity for a confident, committed and enthusiastic individual to learn more about the talent agenting industry.

INTERN or JUNIOR ASSISTANT

Jorg Betts Associates are seeking either a paid three-month Intern or a permanent Junior Assistant to join a high-profile boutique Central London agency.

Internship may suit a bright and organised graduate eager to gain experience. This would be a full-time fixed-term internship, with genuine opportunity to progress to a permanent position.

Junior Assistant role may suit someone with previous initial industry experience in an agency or casting environment looking to advance. This would be a full-time permanent position.
