New self-tape facility, info from Spotlight

Dear agents,

Following many months of testing, our new self-tape facility is going live in beta mode this week (Thursday 28th April). It will be live for every single agency, but whilst in beta, it will only be available to 20 casting directors. This will help us iron-out any issues you may have and respond to your feedback. We’ll send a list of the casting teams participating in the beta launch to you before Thursday so you know who to look out for requests from.

We held an online webinar last week to help agents understand the mechanics of the self-tape requests and alerts, and strongly advise all agents and assistants who submit clients for roles on Spotlight to take 20 minutes to give it a watch if possible. https://vimeo.com/699130985

The self-tape facility does integrate with Tagmin, and more on this is contained in the video.
